They aim to capture the brilliance of spontaneous creativity, yet often fall short-much like one can never step into the same Khunathi River twice. The Khunathi River (Qiunaodihe) lies approximately 200 miles southwest of the western section of the Karakoram. According to legend, anyone who drinks from its waters will be compelled to dance non-stop. Later, anatomists identified a neural center responsible for motor control and named it the subthalamic nucleus (Qiunaodihe) in honor of this mythical connection.
